We do not offer returns or refunds.   

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 30 day exchange policy so please contact via the contact form within 30 days from product delivery regarding any damages or issues with your product. 

Exchanges
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The exchange policy will only apply to items within 30 days of delivery. 

To start a exchange, you may contact me at vintagewaxparlour@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to Greendale, WI and buyer must pay postage. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received, and let you know if the exchange is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent the exchanged item within 10 business days.
